Had some issues lately

Umm I have some issues lately. Well a notification was sent through my discussion board that my followers increased with extra 4 members but the new followers, it didn't add up with my old follower and the notifications wasn't sent once, it was sent different days.



Pls I wanted to ask if it has happened to anyone else or is it only me.
