"H" and "E" designations

I don't know if this is the right place to ask, and I did try to figure it out on my own first but couldn't - what do the little H's and E's next to story titles mean?

What do the colored icons beside stories mean?

The red H's denote stories which have received 10 or more votes from readers, and maintain an average vote of 4.5 out of 5 or better.

The yellow E's denote "Editor's Choice" stories. These are pieces that we really like - just our opinion.

In the future, we may add other icons to denote contest winners and other information pertinent to the stories.

Red, oh so very red and uppercase H

Thanks for reminding me Muffin I just realised that about a month ago my last 'Nice Work' episode In Front Of Her Mum had reached a 4.5 even though it's been archived since about November.

I go to archives find the story and Yes, there it is. A big fat red H.
