Very interesting thought! I know it's totally unprofessional of a Dr. to do that during an exam, but I'm wondering if it crosses their minds at all?

I have a thought about a medical exam with a female practitioner (or nurse) that takes the exam beyond the norm and helps me out with the erection that has stirred during the genital portion of the exam. I still haven't had my first prostate exam yet, but that is coming sooner than later for me and the other thought that has gone through my head that when the female practitioner gives me the prostate exam, if she would give me a prostate massage, which then causes an involuntary ejaculation. The last thought I have is that the female practitioner wants a sperm sample to see if they are healthy and to see if my semen is normal, so either she helps me or the nurse is sent in to assist with collecting a sperm sample.

I know these are all fantasies and unrealistic in real life, but the thought of them are hot to me. I think it all leads back to when I was 12ish (going through puberty) and had my first actual physical from a female practitioner. I had no clue what was going to happen and I was totally in shock as she told me to drop my pants and underwear for a hernia check and I ended up sporting an erection as I stood there and she pushed her finger into my groin/sack area and told me to cough. It's like any number of fantasies--the reality would be criminal, but the fantasy, while oh-so-wrong... There's a reason why there's a ton of medical themed stories on here. It's wrong and could never be reality, but the fantasy is pretty powerful.

But every once in awhile you hear of a doctor or nurse losing their license for improprieties with patients.

Then there are times when a guy is scheduled for a prostate exam or a gal for an ob/gyn exam and the original doctor isn't available, so another doctor fills in. Had that happen one time for a prostate exam. It was hard (pun intended) not to get excited, although she was very professional, and probably didn't enjoy it as much as I did.

Yes, that's exactly what I'm referring to. It's definitely better than the alternative in most cases. This really isn't the place for me to get on my soapbox regarding the barbaric cancer therapy options pushed on men with prostate cancer. I'd rather close my eyes and imagine my gyno getting all inappropriate in my business ...
