Anyway else here consider themselves a gym rat? I used to be, but then I took some time off. College got in the way. My body hates me from August until May. But I've starting going again since summer is here. But right now my arms hurt so bad, it hurts to type.

Anywant want to share any work out secrets? Like what music to listen to get motivated, etc...

If you share I'll throw on the bicycle shorts and tank top and "spot" you for a few sets <wink, wink, nudge, nudge>

music... anything upbeat.. if it's slow, i just lose the desire to work hard.. and slow down a lot with whatever i'm doing... the tempo definitely has an effect on what you do

Back in my Hockey days I liked to hit the gym whenever I could(To try and gain a couple pounds for Chrissakes) and the only music to listen to is House. Pure, french House.

But my general advice is to stay away from the gym. Who needs to gain weight?

"I tried Gyms. didn't like em. I have my own bench now and i work out when i post so its all good"

<is still a lightweight though>

You don't need a gym. You need a 'come hither' look and a father who scares the hell outta the world. It works, believe me. Far better than those muscles you built up with sweat and brawn.

Not that muscles are so bad. don't get me wrong! But women seem to go for the eyes....

... and arms.

I really love men's arms. i love the look of them, so different from mine, and the feel of them under my fingertips as i stroke from wrist to shoulder.

Hmmm.
Sorry.
Wrong thread.
:cool:

I work out everyday. It just becomes habit, a part of your life. My body has problems adjusting if I stop, so that always compells me to get back to work. Music is the best. AC/DC! Jackyll! G&R! I mean HIGH INTENSITY! (grits teeth!)
