I started working out regularly when I was 25. I'm 53 now. I've belonged to several gyms in several different towns in NJ, CT, and visited plenty of gyms in other areas.

Fit girls are always awesome, but my gym is a small 24hour place with maybe 7-10 people at peak hours. Just the way I like it. I don't see many girls, let alone attractive fit ones. All for the best though, the less distractions the better.
