As someone who is a mediocre artist... no, he's actually pretty bad.

The two shower ones (particularly the tub) look like experiments in basic one point perspective. In which case he should have done the tub one in pencil, or charcoal.

I'd recommend he get body proportions memorized and take a look at color theory. There's lots more color to our skin than "peach."

apparently the woman who 'taught' him to paint (the one saying he's a 'great artist') didn't quite know how to address him and settled on 43, according to that article, and so that's why he signs his pictures 43. seempuls.
