To be the serious one here, yes, you can catch STD's from sucking cock. Let's think about it for a minute, you're mouth is one giant mucous membrane. It may be slightly lower risk than anal or vaginal sex as the cum doesn't just sit there but with any sex when you aren't in a monogamous relationship you should be using latex latex and more latex. As far as if someone sucks your cock is there much risk of catching anything and passing things on, with the exception of herpes (watch for cold sores, if someone's got a cold sore, you don't want their mouth anywhere near your pink parts!) and maybe syphillis (I don't know much about syphillis) there isn't very much risk being on the receiving end. There isn't usually enough of the infection(s) in saliva to pass it on that way. (If I remember correctly it takes about 2 gallons of saliva for there to be enough HIV present to pass on the virus) Of course, if you do pick up any STD's, there's a very good chance that you would pass them on to a partner that you were having unprotected sex with.
