I don;t often watch this show, but stumbled on last night's episode and it is haunting me.

Lorelei's Mom and Dad reconciled, so they are to renew their vows. Lorelei is maid of honor to her Mom. Rory is 'best man' for her Grandfather.

Lorelei begs her bf to attend the ceremony, though he doesn;t want to cause the old folks hate him. Fine, until she says, " Please come , we'll make out in the hallway. Otherwise I have to make a pass at the best man, and that's Rory."

Well, as you might imagine, I can't get that thought out of my brain....

alcohol solves all, in story sex as in real life. The after sex " ughhh...." adds the charm.

Hmmm. I would in no way call Gilmore Girls "squeaky clean" . . . though Rory waited 'til after her first year of college to first have sex, she had it with another woman's husband! And Lorelei has, through the show's run, had an extremely active sex life.

Also, anyone who doesn't watch this show is missing out on some of the cleverest, snappiest dialog on television today. Just my two cents, but it's definitely a show worth watching . . . even if Lauren Graham and Alexis Bledel don't turn you on (they do me, so that's an extra benefit . . .)
