I just got back from Vegas. Well, okay. Not Vegas, but Laughlin. I had a great time there. Did nothing except swim, lay out in the sun and sleep.

i had this one yesterday: Cheesecake with a layer of chocolate mousse on top of the cheesecake part, then drizzled with dark chocolate. They called it Tuxedo Cheesecake. I call it Almost-as-Good-as-an Orgasm cheesecake.

Watching the bad guys get all pissy while the good guys win every round. I love that.

Nah... we got deported right after the bullfighter got his ass kicked, cause one of us was way drunk and wanted to punch the guy cause he thought the bull should have won.

I had brunch at Marie Callender's today and they made a Banana Fosters.

Freshly made waffle bowl - still warm
Sliced bananas
Vanilla ice cream
Walnuts
Brown Sugar
Some sort of glaze
Butter
Splash of Rum

They take a pan ... melt the butter and then put the sliced bananas on the fire. They add the glaze, brown sugar, walnuts and sautee them together. Once the bananas and the walnuts have been properly glazed, they add a little bit of rum ... and then it catches fire.

While hot, they pour it over the vanilla ice cream that's sitting in the warm waffle bowl.

YUMMY!

For my GP today was Macaroni & Cheese- it brought back all sorts of childhood comfy feelings.
