I love napping. It's such a guilty pleasure!

Y'all will think this is wierd, but : Peanut butter pancakes.

It's been years and years since I've had them.

Basically, you take your stack of pancakes, put butter on top of each one, then spread creamy peanut butter on top of each one and re-stack. Then put a generous helping of syrup over the stack.

It's heaven (at least to me), but just thinking about it makes my arteries harden.
