Guilty pleasure movies

Okay, I think this movie is exceptionally dopey. There is some good actors, some good effects, and I think a bona fide hero who is awesome. But, the premise is just way beyond plausible. Like, there is just no way this series of events could come together. And the part that ties the movie to the classic game? Nope, ridiculous premise there. So… it is just really, really, dumb… and I always enjoy watching it. 🀣🀣🀣🀣

From 2012 (isn’t that the year the world was supposed to end?). Battleship

I might watch it again tonight. 🀣🀣🀣🀣

😁
Well...

Gay Purr-ee.
Is it animated? Yes.
Is it so freaking adorable? Absolutely.
Was it made for children? Stop questioning me, you narc!

It's one of those nostalgic films that I remember only ever finding at the local library growing up.
Judy Garland & Robert Goulet voice the leads and their vocal talents really transport me back to a different time, when love & happiness felt real πŸ’—.

Sometimes I get bored of porn and watch romantic comedies. I watched enough that I started recognizing actresses from other low budget movies. Today I recognized Natalie Knepp.

I absolutely love Battleship. It's total cheese but it's just so well made and fun. It could have so easily been the stupidest thing ever but it's just so spirited and kickass. I got the vibe that Peter Berg was doing a goof on Michael Bay with this one. 🀣 But yeah, fun movie. I want to watch it again myself. :D

I have 2 movies that I will watch any time they are on. I think they are pure comedic genius.

If you have ever spent any time at a horse or dog track, you will quickly realize that neither Seabiscuit nor Secretariat were the best movie ever made about horse racing, this one is:

The next one is likely never to be shown again because someone would find a reason to cancel it. It's a little dated but it was pure brilliance in its time and some of the scenes (the dating background check) were ahead of its time.

If you were born before 1978 and don't laugh at this movie, I can't help you

Holiday movies:

The Bishop's Wife with Cary Grant

Christmas in Connecticut with Barbara Stanwick

I usually have to explain my love of Mars Attacks to people. People sometimes forget that Tim Burton can be fucking funny.
Mars Attacks is up there. Pure genius if you ask me.

Team America: World Police is a lot of dumb idiotic fun.

Embarrassed to admit that my wife will watch Forgetting Sarah Marshall whenever it happens to be on TV.
