How many times did you take flack over remarks made by marximus?? how many times did you post denying that you were Marximus?

But that's all ok because.......hell......it was just Bob.

What if i or any other low profile poster had done the same thing to you? You know damned well you'd be headin up the lynch mob.

edited to add: Bob what you've said and done to your 'friends' was beyond low. But in light of how you treat grief-stricken fathers, not at all surprising

Not only did I never take any flack over his remarks, but they were often made in my defense. I never got upset the one or two times I was accused of being Marximus. Look at my posts and you'll see it. Didn't bother me a bit.

"Well, I'm not a crook."

The Boodle isn't talkin' to anyone about anything ever again. Daaang.

That you ever saw?

Is that kinda like when people try to explain why they talk to Killswitch?

Yes it is. And then people show them the truth. Show me a truth of Marximus attacking a friend of mine and I'll get angry.

Again, I don't agree with what he did. But why would I get angry over someone using another name to say a lot of shit I agreed with anyway? Yeah, he should have said it as bob, but I'm not wasting energy getting irate over which fake name he chose to use.

You want me to give him the shit I think he deserves? Ok:

Bob, you done fucked up. You should have just said all that shit as Bob.

Now, prove to me that he WAS the one who gave guileful info on Nora or Eumie and you'll see me get outraged right quick.

Another gem. Bob, on the Draaah giving him the info on RT.

predesigned (7:11:27 PM): well PBW knows it was you and heavy
predesigned (7:11:33 PM): he claimed he wasnt going to reveal how
predesigned (7:11:36 PM): and that thread
predesigned (7:11:40 PM): where he made that list
predesigned (7:11:45 PM): he said he wanted to try and prove it
predesigned (7:11:54 PM): without naming the way he originally got the info
texguy1968 (7:12:16 PM): LOL...hey, it's cool...if he got the info from draaah, I'll post all the chatlogs between her and I
And you have the gall to attack MY character? :D

I'm sorry Emi, but give me a fucking break. If that guy is grief stricken, I'm the Queen of England.

Whether he is, or isn't, isn't REALLY the issue, although there WAS a link to a newspaper article. The things posted by Bob, MWG, and a few others was inexcuseable. They never once considered that the story might be true. Nor did they consider that there is no way to determine how any individual will react and cope to such a tradegy. They were all about kicking someone while they were down. And just as we may not know it was true, conversely, there was no way to know it WASN'T true. And that was what made it so despicable, they didn't give a fuck.

Yes there was a link. And yes, on a normal occasion people could expect sympathy for such a tragedy. But you take a guy who drops the *news* as almost an aside in a post, then continues to troll and post all the days afterwards, including on the day of the funeral, and he can't expect to inspire much sympathy from people.

As much as I like to pretend otherwise, I'm not a heartless bitch. But this guy brings out nothing in the way of sympathy or sorrow from me.

Oh, God, you find it inexcuseable. Let me cry about it for you. Real tears and all.

I found it to be bullshit because he announced his OWN KID'S DEATH in a pages-long flame thread as if he were announcing that he got a fucking haircut. THAT'S why I didn't believe him, nor did anyone else. Might I have taken some jokes too far? Yeah. But I said that if someone could prove to me that it did, indeed, happen - I'd publically apologise. And damn if I didn't do JUST that. Go back and search for the thread if you don't believe me.

Now the latest thread - I blasted enigma for being a jerk to people, especially freakygurl on her wedding day. He doesn't compose herself like a man in pain over his kid. And even if he is, it gives him no right to treat people that way. So yes, I flamed him because I think he's a jackass. He was a jackass BEFORE his kid supposedly died. But anything I said I would do, I lived up to. I stood by my opinion until I was proven wrong. And then, I apologised. And whenever I saw behaviour that made me change my opinion, I did so and I also stick by it. Just like everyone else here does.

Now, if you're through, I suggest you stop flapping your jaw and hold it open wider in case someone else throws down more chum for you AND the rest of your haggy friends.

I've never thought for one second that you're a heartless bitch.

But you and I have never lost a child, and quite frankly we're both strong people to begin with. Who knows the effect it has one other people that aren't like us.

Has he behaved like a jackass? Most certainly.

But does it take much to shut our mouths and ignore it, taking into consideration that he did lose his child?

Once again, just so you'll understand why I found their behaviour so poor.

They didn't CARE. What kind of person could make jokes about tupperware as a child's casket, REGARDLESS of the circumstances.

It was tasteless, hateful, and cruel. And shows the amount of class both posters DON'T possess.

Ok, I get it. You want outrage when it's YOUR friends that are attacked but don't really give a shit when it's someone you don't care about, right? But no one else is allowed to not give a shit when it happens to YOUR friends, correct?

Got it!

That would be fabulous, Jinxed!

People get called out around here all the time for being assholes. I know I sure have. Because he posted a link to a newspaper article, he should have free reign to do and say whatever he feels like? I'm sorry, but I just don't think so.

I am not planning on starting a thread to bash him, however if I see him act like a piece of shit, I sure plan on telling him so...death or no death.

I've never lost a live child before, however (being morbid like I am) I've imagined how it would be if it happened, and frankly in none of my imaginings did trolling people on Lit ever occur to me. Strong or not, I'd be a puddle on the floor.

And thanks - now I have to re-coat with ice again. I can't have people thinking I'm nice or anything.

As if your petty little opinion would matter to me?

You post paragraph after paragraph of drivel, designed to divert attention from your own behaviour. not just on this subject, but on any subject where you don't get the amount of praise and agreement you feel you should have.

For a girl whose religious background is sketchy, I'll say one thing for you, in all those religions you tried on for size, you sure got the preachy, holier than thou, self-righteous parts down pat.

Of course they're allowed to give a shit! lol Where did I say they weren't? If Bob attacked people you like as Marximus you should be fucking pissed.

But you think I should be pissed that he attracted people I don't like? Why? I don't get that part.
