Well, I'm telling you right now that I'm gonna cut thu all the small bs and head straight to pissed if you don't take this right now." If he whines that's he's ok, or WHATEVER, follow thu to the pissed part of the program.

I tried this.

He was pissed and defensive and didn't talk to me for half the night. Then he humbly apologized and his attitude improved.

But he STILL refused that damn medicine!

Okay, would it help to pull some Darwinian theory here into the fray? Could it be that the we guys just don't like to show our weaknesses? Think about in nature how animals don't like to show that they're wounded or weak. We're still heinously competitive at times.

Sure we've learned how to walk upright & send a man to the moon but underneath it all, we're still simple animals.

People do listen if you're avatarless. I just posted MY take on it too being a man. Just because I repeated to a certain degree what you said doesn't invalidate your statement, avatar or no avatar. It's just MY take on it and so it happens that we both have the same take on it.

having same problem with my BF. he thinks hes sick and hes still up at 6 am talking to me LOL I told him I think you should go to bed your tired and you think your sick. hes like Nah I wanna talk to you. I told him that if he gets sick due to lack of sleep I do NOT wanna hear it, he said I Was gonna hear him complain about it anyways then I said well I refuse to feel bad about it since I told you to get some sleep. hes like well dont feel bad then, but knowing you, you will anyways think I'm going to have to tell him I wont be on tonight so he will get some SLEEP.
