This is so wierd... I never noticed until last night... but he's actually called Stripe.

I still say he's Spike and he rocks though, malevolent little bastard.

It might be Stripe in the first one, and Spike in the sequel. It was virtually the same mischievous character. At least, until the second one mutated into a spider-gremlin.

I liked the second one. Tony Randall as Brainy Gremlin. Sure it was corny, but it approach it as corny, it's really funny.

I made (well, more like "encouraged") my kids to watch "Gremlins" just a couple weeks ago. They liked it.

The scene in the bar is my favorite.
