Well, I spent the week in Mexico, from the day after Christmas to the Third, and damn did I have a good time.
I went to Puerto Vallarta, and you know what?? That place is *really* GBLT friendly! I was in an internet café, wondering about all the male artwork, and then I realized, :gasps: It was a ‘Rainbow’ Internet café. Imagine my surprise, and my happiness. After realizing that, I started noticing rainbows and gay pride symbols everywhere. Sam sex couples openly holding hands everywhere, kissing and spending quality time together without any nastyness. It was really great, fun to see, you know? Specially since some of my ... family that I was there with are very close minded men. :grumps: Note to self: don’t have conversations about why its not wrong to be gay or bisexual with drunk boys from 21-28 who are very close minded fools. Eh, I had to try, I guess. I think I might be getting through to at least one of em.
At any rate, it was a really fun experience, and I’m glad I’m home now, but I was happy to be there and see the Mexican culture and go into all the gay pride stores. I especially liked the one called. “Liquid Men.” Hehe, I wanted to dress my hubby up, but he was embarrassed hehe.
Okie, that’s my rambling babble. I’m back from mexico, weee!
