I'm grateful for another day to learn and experience. I'm grateful for my past which has helped me to become the person I am (whether that is good or bad, I can't change it up to this point). I'm grateful for the people that have been in my life....some have just passed through while others have stayed and made an indelible mark. Right now I am most thankful for hope....hope that there is something and someone special in my future.

Im grate ful for you and you and you and you and you and you and you and you and you and you and you. WHEW, my finger is going to get tired trying to point at each one of you, all of the LIT family. Im so grateful for each one of you and for the LIT community.Im so grateful because not only was I able to find an angel and a godess among the midst but the LIT community has supported us in our relationship and help nurture it to where it is today.Many of you going out of your way to show your support,and your caring.It is because of all of you I will be able to do what i was always told you could only do once youve left this world.In a little over a month, Im going to be able to hold close an angel and be in heaven everyday. How could someone express their gratitude for so much that he has gained from this site. Where would I be today if i hadnt stumbled across LIT and fell madly in love with one of its members.That song must be correct that sings about holes in the floor of heaven because i have one of its angels and its all thanks to the wonderful lit community.

Its been awhile since its been "used" so that is why I wanted to go dig it up....its purpose was kinda selfish in that I wanted a place to marvel in the good things that were happening and really be appreciative of the little things that made my life better. So much sorrow was taking over my existence and it feels good to reflect on the good things.

Saying that....today I am grateful for:

*people that have come into my life and inspired me in so many ways

*my 6 year old doing so well in first grade

*my husbands strength and devotion

*the beautiful butterflies that dance in my backyard

*the breeze...its so pretty outside today

Wow!......Hi there Jenny and Oman, cool to have come across you in here. How are you two doing? Well, anyway...I am grateful to have made soooo many new friends here at Lit. Everyone I have met has been wonderful. There is one that I have grown a keen liking to (not that way, if you're wondering). She has been so kind to me and has helped me in difficult times. That person is Hatara. I even had the privilege of spending some time this summer at her house with her, even met her mother who happens to be a jewel too. Well, that is what I am grateful for here at Lit. See everyone later at some point.

I love this thread! I'm bi-polar so my life is ups and downs but I have lots to be grateful for.



My parents and my brothers and sisters-in-law....who are always there when I need them.

My daughter.....it's been 6 yrs of continuous wonder and love.


My nieces and nephew.....always put a smile on my face.


My lit friends....so many....rosylady , bear , chilly , bada , RAW , bannor , slick ,CJ , dom , good4u2 , tigerjen , dream ,Artemesia , bozinka , namah and countless others.....ty all for being there for me.

... having my son back and being able to kiss and hug him every morning

I just came across this thread...how awesome. We all need to take some more time and think about what there is to be grateful for.
-Life in general...sometimes it hurts, but we learn a lot from it and over all it's a good experience
-Literotica...meeting people who are both desirable and understanding...who would've ever thought that was possible?
-My friends...the ones who have never given up on me. Good people can be hard to find, but when you find them...wow, they're amazing.
-Math. I think it's totally awesome, and yes, I do know that that makes me a nerd
-Love. What awesome things doesn't it lead to? Understanding, closeness, connection, friendship, sex, maturity, the list goes on...
