And how it creates problems for her granddaughter, who is in the college and is lookin much more plain than her "old" grandma.

Hm... It's more interesting. But while grandma is more sexy and voluptuous than granddaughter, she still is looking old and will never be confused with college girl. And this is most important part of my request.
