U.S. national security adviser Condoleezza Rice:
I'd give her at least a low A Maybe higher if she were more visible.

British Defense Secretary Geoff Hoon:
Don't know this guy. PP might.

U.S. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld:
Definite A.

Tony Blair: A-

George Bush: There is some glitter under the Fool's Gold. A-

Dick Cheney:

I have a feeling he's more involved than it appears. A-

Attorney General John Ashcroft:
Yeah, he's an asshole, but better to have him inside pissing out, than outside pissing in A-

Air Force Gen. Richard Myers, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff:
I like him also.. A

Homeland Security Director Tom Ridge:
He's in a fucked up job that needs more authority than what's been given. Too early to tell.

Secretary of state Colin L. Powell:
Rough year for any Secretary of State. Especially the first year. I think he's up to the challenge. A

General Tommy Franks commander of the military operation in Afghanistan Haven't seen much of him. A- on the effort so far.

Bush gained a few Brownie points for being able to throw an accurate pitch, despite wearing a bullet proof vest and being surrounded by 2,000 armed Police and 60,000 spectators. The guy might have a sound nerve after all.

Wow, Yale must be one of those tough neighbourhoods then ?. I thought it was the catcher who wore the body armour?

Geoff Hoon: He's new to the job. Took it up after this year's General Election. Saw and heard him for the first time two days ago. Not impressive but worth a C just for being on the team in the first place.

Tony Blair: Worth upgrading to A. Doing sterling work in Middle East at the moment (but nearly coming unstuck in Syria where he had a rougher ride than expected). But with his overall experience in handling the IRA definitely worth an upgrade.

Dick Cheney: Yes I suspect too that he has more influence than is generally released. As it would his job to take over and because of the presidential way he conducts himself in public I would put him at the highest level of A+

:)
