Chicago has for too long tried to prohibit execise of Second Amendment rights thru its city ordinances. In the case of Gowder v. Chicago, the attempt to prevent gun ownership based upon a city ordinance was rebuffed by the decision. Slowly, one decision at a time, we're regaining the rule of law.
