Edit: this site, https://usaspending.gov, is a fantastic resource for all government spending and the data has been getting better and better since it was set up. It's a bit difficult to navigate to find spending based on the law/budget passed, but I you can also connect to it via API and work with the data locally, which is a nice touch as well.
What I didn't like about the 2021 infrastructure bill is that we didn't have the spending tracking site that was set up for Obama's infrastructure bill. That being said, I found this site https://www.usaspending.gov/search/?hash=e255e08852a701e78a93b56084781dab which is tracking awards to different states.along with project information. I'll have to dig into these a little more, but more info is better info. Looks like quite a number of projects and money has been green lit already.
