We're having homemade chicken noodle soup. I don't think I've had goulash since I moved out of my mom's house.

I threw stew meat, onions, some beef broth and a beer into the crock pot.

Later I'll add little red taters, carrots, mushrooms and baby corn.

And I'll serve it with biscuits and a green salad.

I loved goulash when mom made it. She added velveeta, and we all know everything is yummy with velveeta in it. lol

Tomorrow is probably letting the kids make English Muffin pizzas. Or ribs on the grill.
