For quite a while I was plagued with random blurry vision, pain in the corners of my eyes, especially at night. I didn't know if those were related. Artificial tears didn't seem to help. But I spend most of my days either at my computer or reading, so, on a lark, I decided to try this: I got a kitchen timer and did reading or screen work for 30 minutes, then I did something else for 10 minutes. Within a day or two my troublesome symptoms went away. I had to make a list of 10 minute tasks, ans so a side benefit is I'm getting a lot of diddley squat done, like wiping the mealy bugs off the clivia.
