humans have been tattooing, painting, scarifying, and piercing themselves for a very long time. sad modern society doesn't accept individual preferences of what they want to do to themselves to express themselves unless it comes from a coat rack from a store.

Humans have eaten each other (literally not sexually) in various societies down through the ages as well. What does any of that prove?

I'm not going to get into a debate about whether these gals improve their beauty by doing this to themselves. The answer to that is rather self-evident.
