Should I feel like a 'writer' now I've received my first rejection slip?
Been waiting four weeks since the first batch (4) of synopsis went out, it has been tense but I'm relieved to have got the first rejection out of the way. Now I can see the size of the hill
I had an acceptance from one agent, it came too quickly... just three days after sending the material out. With a little digging I found the next step would be fees for editing etc. I didn't respond. Clearly my agents research needs work!
