Hey everybody,I love reading erotic stuff but most of it here is just plain bad.No plot, personality or good dialoge whatsoever(is that spelled right?).I'm sure there's got to be some good writers here so can you guys point me in the right direction. My favorite stuff is fantasy or story's with some mysticism.
Thanks in advance

I HIGHLY reccommend...

circe!'s Hurrying Down the Dark Road series, chapters 1-11.

It's really, really GOOD!!!

I can't recall the title of the story anymore, but look for stuff by Creamy Lady. And there was some nice mystic writing from a while back, several chapters of a story called "Ancient Prophecy" I think .. I know there were some more great stories, with vampires and such but geeze, I am soo bad with remembering titles and names, sorry to all those great writers I didn't mention :(

I have two stories posted with a 'magical' theme running through them. Both in the Paul and Jenny series. One, The Caribbean Cruise involves Black Magic, Zombies and the search for everlasting life on Haiti and two, Cruising up the Nile, is about re-incarnating an ancient Egyptian God.

I don't know if that's the type of story you had in mind?

thanks for replying everyone,i'll certainly check out the stuff you advised.By the way hecate you're not so bad yourself(liked that audio story of yours about that princess).

Hecate carries things on the darker side of fantasy, if you're into that.

Depending on what you like, there are some of my favorite authors that I would mind sharing. WhisperSecret is obviously my favorite, and I can't WAIT until she comes up with more! KillerMuffin's Pastorale is incredible, as well as a few other authors... I'll keep thinking.... "Teaching Peggy" (I think that's it) is a great novella, D'Artagnan's Surrender series (under Romance) is also one of my favorites. MorganHawke's nonhuman stories are all printed out and in my panties drawer (that's how great they are).... I'll keep you updated.

a story with a plot

Well, I'm not going to say my stories are any better than
anyone else's here....but I have written a story which I
THINK you might enjoy. It's posted here on Literotica and
is called LOVE AMONG THE HEADSTONES. If you don't like it,
well, all I can say is sorry for suggesting it to you. If
you do......very, very cool. Enjoy (I hope). Take care.

Fantasy theme? Try:

Viper (his Ancient Prophecy series - a reader favorite)
PaulUK (Nina Part One - part two to be posted tomorrow)
CreamyLady (A Spell on You)
Lady_Rika (Discovery)
Carl East (his Mirror series and others have elements of fantasy & mysticism)
Krys (Draco Abet)
Hotscribe (his Wither Rod of Eridu series especially)

This is all off the top of my head. Basically, cruise the NonHuman category and the Romance category. That's where many of the Fantasy/mystic-themed work ends up. At some point, we may set up a Fantasy/Mysticism-themed category, though first we need to decide what such a category would consist of.

As far as "good" writers on this site, there are far too many to mention. You can't swing a cat here at Literotica without hitting a professional-quality writer or poet. If you're not finding any, then you must not be reading. ;)

We'll,if I have to read all this stuff I'll be busy for a week:).Thanks for posting,on most messageboards people don't even reply.....
BTW laurel,I guess a fantasy category would consist of high fantasy only(wizards&warrior stuff)and the vamps would have to be in the gothic category......'t would be cool...

Favorite writers

I really enjoy stories written by Tawny T, genderbender and Carole S 31.

You might enjoy my story, The Adventures of Bubba, it is a light hearted comedy with a good bit of dialog in it. Sorry no mystism though. If you read it let me know what you think.
Bubba

I have one with a werewolf in it, well, I really do have to get around to finishing the story. It's under erotic couplings and it's called The Gathering Night. I wouldn't call the story great, but it's not bad either. At least there's a plot and they sometimes talk to each other.

Laurel mentioned my "Withering Rod of Eridu" story.
You may also enjoy--
1. Pandora's Box (Solomon Magus)
2. The Staff of Radames (Solomon Magus)
3. The Treasure Box of Kendra (Solomon Magus)
4. Muffy (Werewolf)
5. Erotic Tales of Mythology I & II
6. The Kiss of Death (Vampire)

(We're REALLY hoping Laurel will start a new category for just these kinds of stories--high fantasy, swords & sorcery, etc)

I'd like to see an adventure story category.

I have trouble fitting mine in the categories on offer.

MorganHawke has some excellent Non-human stories you might want to check out. Also, anything by CRaZy is definately worth the time spent.

More great authors outside the US!

If your looking for some good work by some excellent authors, you can't go wrong with a few of my fellow countrymen. For example you must have already discovered a few great pieces by the wonderful English Bob. Not to mention Carl East, In Blue, Alice994 and Alexander Tzara. These are all wonderful authors that have some fine pieces submitted to the site.

If you check out the Literotica Awards you'll see quite a few were nominated this year!

LOL It's "Teaching Patti". Thanks Myst. Glad you enjoyed it.

My pieces aren't in the "fantasy" vein, unless you consider anal sex on top the Empire State Building a "fantasy". Perhaps if you take all the men in my stories and imagine them as Hobbits...?

Hey Dixon, apparently you are "quite" literate. Howzabouthat for a compliment! LOL!

Hmmm. Hadn't thought of that one. Have to add it to the list.

Thanks!
