Good toy shop in London

I was hoping to buy some new toys while I'm in London, since the quality off the toys I have seen in the local shops isn't off a very high quality. So what stores are good, which are cheep and most importantly, which stores are good and cheap.

I'm looking for all kind of fun toys, but are especially interested in good quality leather floggers and whips.
