You might want to check out the prolific writings of Evil Alpaca. He has a variety of group stories and they're all splendid.

I also write in the group category but my group scenes tend to only be three ways at the most to avoid confusion. I start with a larger group and then break them down into couples scenes to avoid the logistical problems of too many legs and pronouns.
