Good floggers come from...?

Ok, I'm looking a getting a good flogger. Since Google is my friend I found this site. They seem comparable in price to other hand made floggers but I don't know about the quality. Yes, generally hand made is good quality but I want to be sure before I shell out $80 for something that might come apart.

Does anyone have any experience with this site or dealt with other sites that have good quality for about the same price?

My inexpensive-but-serviceable floggers come from The Stockroom; my crafted-with-love floggers come from Adam's Whips and Gillian's Toys. I've been happy buying from both places.

I would second DeTails toys--I bought a braided bullhide flogger from there that is wonderful.

I would also HIGHLY recommend S. M. Hertz' floggers...I know a LOT of people in the scene in my area who absolutely love her work, and I've played with some of her stuff at fetish flea booths--the balance is very nice and the quality is great: http://www.smhertz.com/

S.M. Hertz's website also has recommendations for floggers based on which kind of sensation you're looking for, which is very helpful.
