Going to try again. I've been told that this story is on Lit - anyone have any ideas?

Can someone help me?
I read a story about a family that moved into a house.
It is told from the veiwpoint of an older sister.
The house has some kind of haunting going on, which is corrupting Mom and the younger sister.

Things i remember
The MC gets given a necklace by a friend that helps her avoid the corruption.
There is a mirror in the MC's bedroom that has a reflection in that starts out trying to control the MC, but in the end is defeated by her.
The younger sister gets repeatedly raped by some goblin like creature that cannot attack the older sister due to the necklace.
the MC meets an older woman in a dream, the older woman is the grandmother of the girl who gave her the necklace and helps her by modifying it to be more attuned to her.
The Mother falls into corruption quickly - being fucked by the removal men in the basement as they move in.

I'd really appreciate any help in finding this story.

2)The Looking glass (minus the sister)
