Hey everyone i'm gonna be starting to write my own sets of novels hopefully i can be lucky enough to get them published someday i just wanna get some feedback and ideas from u all. The books are gonna be a fantasy series kinda along the lines of dragonlance or lord of the rings, but its gonna deal a bit more with the human aspect of it all. It will deal with things like transgenderism if thats a real word, sexual orientation, the flaws even the greatest have the strenghts, the greatness deep in someone as well as how easily that can be corrupted etc....

Maybe you could be a bit more specific about what sort of advice you're lookng for.

not really that much advice just idea's from everyone on what they would like to see put in a book like a fantasy book dealing with the issues we all deal with, just in a fantasy setting like dragonlance or lord of the rings.

Lord of the Rings? The issues we deal with? Why, yes, as a matter of fact; I want to see at least some of the male characters get it on.

Have you ever read Samuel R. Delaney?

Queer African-American writer, my hero - more science fiction than fantasy, though. Doesn't write much about trans issues, but reading him might provide ideas... I like your ideas - wish you great luck!!!
