The reason I asked is because I've been wearing Obviously boxer briefs with the Anatomax pouch. I like the big pouch that keeps me in place when I wear slacks. It's a trunk/boxer-brief called the Maximize model of their shapewear line. Imagine someone made a pouch which hugged your balls all around, then stitched that to the outside front of a regular pair of flat-front, snug boxer briefs. Total independence and total surround coverage. It's not like an afterthought of a pouch panel sewed to the inside of the trunks.
