Ok, I need some help from my U.K. friends. My roommate is flying to the U.K. in 2 or 3 weeks. Her friend in Wales, who paid for the ticket, was told that my roomy needs to by somekind of health insurance coverage before she can fly to the U.K. . Do you guys know anything about this?
I haven't ever heard of somebody forced to by health insurance before. What I think is going on is that do to your National Health Coverage, y'all need special coverage if a U.K. citizen goes abroad. Any insights on this matter would be appreciated. Thank you.
