It's the first quarter, game six of Spurs Vs. Suns. We win tonight, and the Suprs have the conference title. Then it's on to take down the Jazz for YET ANOTHER championship. That'll be five, yes, FIVE, rings in 8 years.

I found it funny that the front page of the USA Today sports section listed the game schedule for the next week:

Friday (tonight): Spurs vs. Suns.
Sunday: Spurs vs. Suns.
*Wednesday: Spurs vs. Jazz.*

Like it's a foregone conclusion :D

Which, of course, it is.

GO SPURS GO!

But without the Pistons there........I should choose the Spurs why again?? :p

'Cause they're the best damn team in the NBA ;)

Huh??? If they win, they play the Jazz for the conference Championship (personally, I think the Jazz would beat them). Then the winner plays Detroit or Cleveland (I can't imagine either winning against any of the West teams). I used to like the Spurs, but I'd like to see Phoenix pull off the miracle. I wish more teams played like that.

Oops. Got my facts backed up. You're right. Spurs have to go against the Jazz for the Conference title.

I'll admit I admire the Suns, got no problem with them. But they won't make it ;)

Halftime

Spurs ahead, 53-51 . . .

Close game, the way I love 'em :D

We'll see what happens, even if I'm the only one watching . . . . :p

I love the NBA.

But the ex hated sports, so I didn't get to see it often.

Wow, Phoenix has completely imploded. I knew SA would probably win, but I never expected this. The Utah series should be really cool. They have the pieces to give the Spurs a few headaches, but they'll need to play well throughout to have a chance. I'll be interested to see if the young point guards can play tough, or if Parker will burn them.

Parker's having a hell of a night! 28 points! Unless I heard incorrectly, that's his personal record for a playoff game.

Can't wait to see how this turns out . . . .

six and a half minutes left.
