I think that all 'clean' folks out there.....

have a pretty good idea as to what might be offensive to the point of death.

I'd say that - after a few warnings - if you could, or might woof yer lunch - at the stench from another individual at a perimeter of about a meter.........

Then they would qualify as habitually stanky.
