glasses or contacts..

I had my eye exam yesterday and reading glasses are still ok. Post a picture with your glasses on and get feedback. I don't think glasses are unattractive! :rose:

i used to wear glasses but i have since switched to focus night and day 30 day contacts...i pop em in and leave em in for 30 days just need a wetting solution couple times per day to keep em from drying out!

I'll come over and take one with my cam! hehehe :rose:

contact 20 years now....my first pair i got was over $300 and I wore them until I could barely see out of them

shit, now I can get 6 for $20

and even at only $3 a pop it's hard as hell to let one drop down the drain and open a new one...old habits you know

I have contacts, I used to wear only them. Now I wear my glasses. Its rare that I wear my contacts, I don't even wear them if I'm going to club or something with my friends. It's just easier. No fuss..no muss.

Plus, I found some cool clip-on sunglasses at the flea market. I bought several pair! I'm so cool!!! :)

Anyone wear the bifocal type? ............I have bifocals and woun't mind trying them but don't know how that would work......... Someone told me there weighted so the bottom lens stays at the bottom..........Is this true?

I have blue eyes, and 6'0".

hehe it's not really a problem. I have been told I'm very nice looking. I do wish I had a web cam though so I could ask an opinion for the difference though :)

Hmmm, I'm not sure if thats true or not. I would think it would be difficult to keep it in the right place but if we can clone sheep, we should be able to make a contact lense that stays put! :)

i just bought a par of crazy eye contackt for halloween...wild fire red onthe outer rim and yellow on the inside.....hehehehehe...the poop patients at the hospital.......nah i wouldnt do that to em.....really....honest;)

That was one of my conserns , I work outside and me leaning over and working on my side happens alot........If they move then my lens would be moving all the time.

My eyes would never get used to that..........

as much as I would just love to continue being apart of this discussion I must take off! *hug* enjoy

Get both. I wear contacts at least 80 - 90% of the time, but on weekends or late at night during the week, I switch to glasses.

Which do you prefer? I am thinking I will go get me some contacts soon.

I prefer contacts. I wear them all the time. I've had them since high school and they are wonderful for me. I have a friend who just can't wear them.

However today is a glasses day!

I think the contacts do well for you. Glasses would bring out your eyes!

I wear contacts. I've worn them exclusively for over 10 years. My "back-up, emergency" glasses are at least that old.

Christophe, are you eyes naturally dry? I wear the Focus Softcolors and i never use any kind of drops.
