Kahlid Sheikh Mohammed, planner for the 9/11 attacks & other Al Q'ueda terrorist acts, was arrested in Pakistan by Pakistani Authorities. Well done!

I was wrong to criticize the priority & commitment of this government & my own in hunting down the remnants of the organizaton.

Basically it was a combination of US intelligence tips & Pakistani action that captured him & 2 others in a home in the middle of the night.

He's being transferred to an undisclosed country for US interrogation.

I've been emailing the Jordanian Security services all day with interrogation tips.

Nothing happens instantaneously. We are use to catching criminals by the use of ATM card and credit cards. The more low tech a criminal is, the harder they are to catch.

More will be caught over time.

Especially when people over there see the reward money hitting their economy.

Hunting down the members of Al Quaeda is going to require some stealth and dirty work by intelligence agents of the US and its allies. It just makes sense that much of the work will be done now that some of the intense scrutiny and attention is elsewhere.
