I sometimes work with unscrupulous brokers or even lenders to finance my projects.
Every time I hear "done deal" or "send due diligence fees" before much information has been provided, I want to flog them to death.

So yell it at them... I do... Whenever I feel I'm being ripped off or having the wool pulled over my eyes... they get told.
The little tart on the other end of the phone at our local council office gets right up my fucking nose...
It, "Well I'm sorry it's got to be paid now"...
Me, "but I don't get paid until next week"...
It, "Yes but it's got to be paid now"
Me, " Is there something wrong with your bloody hearing, I haven't got the money until next week".
It, "No, that's no good it must be paid now".

The world being full of stupid, ignorant, narcistic, egoistic and smart-ass people.
Seriously when I walk through the city, shopping or whatever, I meet so many people I utterly dislike that sometimes I find it hard to just freak out and scream.
One issue is unfriendly people, especially a problem here in germany. Then there's selfish people who think all other human beings were only born to fullfill their needs.
People who treat other people in an unfair and inappropriate manner.
People who think they could bend the laws for their own needs and only seek their fortune.
And I'm not even talking about all the stuff that people are able to do I see on the news each day.
It's a sick fucking world we living in.

My step-dad used my brand new gourmet knife set on a glass cutting board! Now I have a $300.00 set of knives that'd be hard pressed to slice warm butter.

How about working 4 days a week and your boss still bothers you on a day that you are home, not being paid mind you and asks you questions about what is happening in work???? GIVE ME A FUCKIN" BREAK!!!!

Today I was shopping (yeah, but I'm not a girl though )
and there seem to be only two kinds of salespeople.
