Giuliani's life is a nightmare. (Fantastic.)

Rudy Giuliani has been making unauthorized payments on his credit card, a committee of his bankruptcy creditors have claimed.

They told a bankruptcy judge—who controls the former New York City mayor's spending—that they will not allow Giuliani to drive his creditors "off a cliff," and said they are making a last attempt to get him to comply with his obligations to the bankruptcy court before they start using tougher legal methods.

Outlining spending by Giuliani that has not been approved by a bankruptcy court, the committee alleged in the court filing, "In January, he made various unauthorized payments, including payments of thousands of dollars for the credit card bills of Maria Ryan and one of his businesses."
Dr. Maria Ryan is the president of Giuliani's media company, Giuliani Communications, and his co-host on the WABC radio program, Uncovering the Truth.

A committee of his unsecured creditors, who have been seeking to monitor Giuliani's spending, now want a Manhattan bankruptcy judge to mandate that he must file "delinquent monthly operating reports" for the months that he has also not filed any reports of his spending. They also want the judge to mandate that he "file timely future monthly operating reports."

ho hum. crims gonna crim

loses his NY law license as well

WASHINGTON - Rudy Giuliani lost his New York law license on Tuesday, after a state appeals court found he had lied in arguing that the 2020 presidential election was stolen from his client, former President Donald Trump.

The court found that Giuliani, the former New York mayor who served as personal lawyer to Trump, "baselessly attacked and undermined the integrity of this country’s electoral process" and "actively contributed to the national strife that has followed the 2020 presidential election, for which he is entirely unrepentant."

“In so doing, respondent not only deliberately violated some of the most fundamental tenets of the legal profession, but he also actively contributed to the national strife that has followed the 2020 Presidential election, for which he is entirely unrepentant,” the court ruled.

A federal judge has thrown out cash-strapped Rudy Giuliani’s bankruptcy case, opening the door for election workers he defamed to recover tens of millions of dollars owed to them for his baseless allegations surrounding the 2020 election.

Giuliani also failed to change his case from Chapter 11 to Chapter 7 in an attempt to liquidate his assets.

In his order on Friday, Judge Lane said the court’s record “reflects Mr. Giuliani’s continued failure to meet his reporting obligations and provide the financial transparency required of a debtor in possession."

“The lack of financial transparency is particularly troubling given concerns that Mr. Giuliani has engaged in self-dealing and that he has potential conflicts of interest that would hamper the administration of his bankruptcy case,” the judge added.

It has been “impossible” to determine whether his financial arrangements are appropriate “when Mr. Giuliani has completely failed to provide information about them,” Judge Lane added.

how many people who are bankrupt have you heard of that opt to fly first class?

Former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani is draining his bank account to avoid paying his creditors, a lawyer has complained in court.

Rachel Strickland told a New York bankruptcy judge that Giuliani spent thousands of dollars buying first class plane tickets for himself, his girlfriend and his assistant to travel to the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee this week.

what a hateful, spiteful old man

In their circles I don’t think any of them like spending their own money, ligging off billionaire donors seems quite common. Just like Clarence
perhaps not in this particular case, though; it appears he's spending as fast as he can just to drain his accounts so the claimants get bilked:

During Wednesday's hearing, Strickland alleged that Giuliani had spent nearly half of the money in a personal bank account in the previous week.
Strickland told Judge Sean Lane of "Giuliani shenanigans yet again."

She said Giuliani's bank account had $60,000 a week ago, but that half of that had now been spent.

giuliani's been ignoring the subpoena in the civil case brought by 8 Capitol Officers; the group reached out to 4 separate lawyers of his but all 4 denied they'd be representing him in this case :

The 2021 civil suit accuses Trump and other defendants of violating the Ku Klux Klan Act when he “deliberately and persistently” made false claims of election fraud following the 2020 election made and encouraged false claims and “supported acts of violence, knowing full well that among his supporters were extremist groups and individuals.”

Three months after giving the subpoena to Giuliani’s doorman, on July 19, the plaintiffs said they “have yet to receive any response from him.” The cash-strapped ex-mayor had been required to respond or object to the subpoena by May 10, 2024. Since that date has passed, he can no longer waive objections to the subpoena.

Rudy Giuliani’s defamation lawsuit against President Joe Biden has been dismissed after the judge handling the case determined that the former New York City mayor “utterly failed” to carry his burden.

Last October, Giuliani sued Biden for saying during a 2020 presidential debate that Giuliani was a “Russian pawn.”

Biden’s lawyers contended that the complaint was “utterly devoid of well-pled factual allegations,” and after Giuliani failed to respond to their motion to have the suit dismissed, New Hampshire DIstrict Court Judge Paul Barbadoro warned that he would rule on their request unless Giuliani gave a “legally sufficient reason to withhold action.”

After no action came from Giuliani, Barbadoro on Friday dismissed the lawsuit without prejudice, meaning Giuliani can file the suit again in another court. Whether Giuliani intends on doing so is unclear, especially considering his massive debts and other legal predicaments.

In his initial filing for bankruptcy to attempt to delay the collection of the massive defamation judgment obtained by Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Shay Moss, Rudy Giuliani was forced to admit that the Trump campaign owed him $2 million in unpaid legal fees. Now he is begging a court not to collect that money since it will make it look like he is suing Trump right before the election.

:coffee::ROFLMAO:

Rudy filed a motion today regarding his most substantial assets - one of which are the legal fees he accrued trying to overturn the 2020 election for Trump. Trump never paid him a single dollar for his work.

Finally, he asks that the court delay enforcement of the $2 million owed by Trump until the day after the election. He says that should be done because there will be a "media frenzy" if Trump is forced to pay Rudy the money he has owed him for three years, and it will make it look like Rudy is suing Trump right before the election for stiffing him.

Moving company expected at Giuliani's apartment after missed deadline for asset handover

A moving company representative and lawyers were expected to be given access to Rudy Giuliani's Manhattan apartment on Thursday after the former New York City mayor failed to turn over belongings to two former Georgia election workers who won a $148-million defamation judgment against him.

The moving company representative and lawyers for Freeman and Moss were expected to be let into Giuliani's apartment to see what property was there and estimate the cost of moving items named in Liman's order, according to a court document filed late Wednesday by Aaron Nathan, an attorney for the election workers.

In the document, Nathan said he had talked with Giuliani's lawyers but that they were not ready to turn over any items and could not “even answer basic questions” about the location of the assets.

Giuliani's attorney, Kenneth Caruso, had said in a court filing late Tuesday that his client was ready to hand over the assets but lawyers for Freeman and Moss had not provided instructions on how to do so.
