Sometimes people can get carried away - they say pain tolerance shoots up during sex, and if you're having lots of fun, then vigourously biting and licking you wife's breasts will certainly cause some discomfort later. I wouldn't worry about it, but maybe you shouldn't do it every day.

If the discomfort/pain that your wife complains about gets worse, or if it seems unrelated to your sex-play, then I would see a doctor.
