A still rather young successful professional, probably in the tech but whatever, got some serious money fast way, and looked for a house. Perhaps by some insider hint he stumbled upon a deal that seems to be too good to be true, an upscale property being sold seriously under market value. It is explained that the previous owner bankrupted, disappeared, probably died, and the creditors want money NOW, so the speed of the deal is more important than the mild loss, or some such. He can barely afford it, but figures he can resell the property at profit and move in in the meantime, for a little fix of luxury.

The place is rather bare though, apparently much of anything movable had been removed and sold separately. He is still settling in, when one day a nondescript delivery wan shows up. At first he figures, that's some of the items he had ordered, but the lean tall box with gentle care markings seems unfamiliar. The delivery address is correct, and invoice (freakishly in low seven or high six figures, perhaps) prepaid, he only is asked for a small delivery payment, but in cash. It seems apparent it's something the previous owners ordered. Persuaded by the delivery guy, who bitches that else they would be forced to utilize the custom made item, perhaps even charge him for that, he decides to accept the delivery and figure what to do with the unknown item after.

Curiosity gets better of him, and he opens the package. Inside is a tightly restrained, but otherwise completely naked stinkingly beautiful girl, for a total cliche, with south-east Asian features. Even freed from her restrains she remains near numb or seriously dazed at first, but reacts with fierce repulsion when he tries to cover her up or offer her clothes. Asked for a name she prompts our guy to name her, and he is forced to, actually rename her to something sane, as she claims his whatever next words as her new name.

She reacts weird in many ways, apparently has no personal memories beyond opening of the package, but obviously regards herself as a sex slave/pet. For a moment he assumes, she might be some crazy advanced doll, but is soon convinced she is very much alive and human only seriously brainwashed. When he mentions police, she begs him not to send her away in rather persuasive ways. And so, she stays.

The documents that came with her make no sense and lead nowhere, apparently being fake. Trail of the previous owner of the house, as far resources of our guy goes, are dead cold as well. In addition, he is not sure can the creditors take her as valuable item of the previous owner, that sounds crazy, but so is the situation already, he is apparently owning a slave he never wanted.

She however comes with rather extensive in-build manual and requires certain treatment, and that includes sex. She doesn't demand or protest of course, just falls unbearably unhappy if is neglected.

And so... some kind of story happens.

That's all I know at the moment, I don't know is the concept unique or overdone already, but it lived in my head for a while, and had to be written out, as little of it there is for now. Similarly to the protagonist I have zero experience with such a situation, however, the girl is a different case altogether, allegedly.

Printed manual might indeed be fun, but I think that's rather light and doubt so much magic is necessary. I would like to avoid any beyond the messed up girl herself (and even that might be just acting, even if that seems unlikely). My intention was more on the lines that she enforces manual present only in her own mind, by means of subtle, or not so subtle, emotional blackmail. That of course may easily change as needed, indeed. Yes, she may attempt topping from bottom, and the guy will have to learn how to tame a human pet on the go. It might be him who is the victim here. Only for what goals?

Ah, and if it's not clear, she regards all and any clothing as restraints and while can be forced to wear something for a some while, begs to be allowed to strip.

Thanks for pointing, I read it and found to be a cute little piece.

My continuation would be a shameless drunken gangbang ending with groom and bride falling asleep together to wake up for guilt and embarrassment filled morning make up session resulting in decision that was best that could have happened in that bachelor party in particular and perhaps to them in a wider sense.

And just maybe, at least some of the friends may be considered as welcome for future playful times after or even during the honeymoon.

Hmm... experimental therapy, testing it live, specifics of current case and/or test procedures require subject B in question is unaware of being in the therapy. For fun, the nerd later builds a time machine and sends the gift-girl back in time to himself at his new home. For more fun, he gene-edited and grew the gift-girl from his own cells -- so by fucking her, he's masturbating. It's only logical.
