Does anyone here use it? What are your opinions on its effectiveness?

This week, I've started taking Ginkgo to improve my often poor memory. So far, it seems to be working.

I don't know what it is.

From what I understand, it helps people with restricted blood/oxygen flow to the brain and people 60+ but that for people outside those categories, there's no proof it helps.

I bought a bottle too, if it's any consolation. I really wanted it to help my memory, but I can't say it actually did.

On the plus side, I don't think this one has been associated with any health risks yet. I know some of the other popular herbal remedies are now suspected of doing more harm than good (kava kava is suspected of being liver-toxic, for example, although I don't know at what dose).

You're too young to have memory problems, dude. Go read my baraka thread, that's all you need.

Howevever - I do konw a couple of people who take it and swear it works.

Depends. I don't think it counters the effects of continued pot smokage. At least not so far.

But I'll let you know! If I remember.

What was the question?

I bought a bottle ..............................but I can't remember where the hell I put it. I guess that's proof I need it.......if I can ever find it. So , not only do I have a rotten memory......I'm cheap too.

drink the tea...its not too bad...as far as it working...well i forgot to drink it...lol (seriously)
