Gilly, not only did you post a wonderful thread bridging strangers and freinds alike. But, you also posted the same in the "personals" thread, knowing that many would adore a Valentine's and the comfort other's may not have a lover that so called "special day/night," but you were dynamic and creative enough to know that having someone on that "day/night" would mean a great deal—online or off.

The idea of putting it on the personals forum wasn't mine, however, I followed the advice of (umm....) someone who posted to the original thread.


I am really glad so many people are making an impact on this project. I think we should try to do something like this more often. Take time to remember that there are other people out there, and that no matter our own problems, someone else is likely having worse ones, and can use a friend.


And heck, the rest of us lil litians can use new friends all the time. So, when you see a newbie, don't mock them, ignore them, or harrass them. PM them, and make a friend.

I have the same problem. I have had SO many valentines (around 60 to me, and around 40 responces to mine) that I have to keep clearing them. I am very happy with such responce. Everyone here is being so wonderful to everyone. Much better then all the fighting.

Gilly, you should archive them and place them in a place to be reminisced on a rainy day. After all, it's not to reflect on times that have touched your heart…
