Yeah, Alien is my 3rd fave film of all time. Just amazing, considering how far back it was done. I saw it the yr it was released. I read the book first.

I also have Giger's Alien Art Book. Wow.

I loved Aliens, too, but for different reasons. The first had a classic Hitchcockian form, and the second was just so fucking epic!

His stuff appeals to me, too...dunno why. I'm going to post another artist's work here...he had relatives that suffered the horror of the Nazi Death Camps. His work is similar to Gigers, but to me, much more disturbing.
