Hey everyone, I'm 24 and married, but I have seemingly lost any emotional interest (or physical for that matter) in my husband, partly due to the fact that he is rude and takes any chance to criticize anything and everything i do.
Therefore, I've come here for emotional attachment, to really get to know someone and let them know the real me without fear I'll be made fun of or looked down upon for my lack or directional skills or my obsessive love for books.
Anyway, if you desire a meaningful, deeper friendship, please let me know.

Hi, well I'm sorry that I'm not a woman, but I just wanted to say that nobody should ever be made to feel bad about an obsessive love for books, in fact a lack of such an obsession should really be some sort of criminal offence in today's world.

Regarding your husband's rudeness and criticisms - if he is of a similar age to yourself then I imagine it is some manifestation of his own insecurities, which leads to him trying to boost his own confidence in that manner. It is sadly not unknown amongst younger males from what I remember of my own early romances and those of friends.
