Wow... someone else that loves leg of lamb! I stuff slivers of garlic into the meat before cooking... the gravy is out of this world. I buy half legs and cook them in a huge crockpot. The meat comes out so tender that it slides right off the bone.

Now I'm drooling. Lamb, mashed potatoes, gravy, steamed asparagus, broiled tomato topped garilc salt and parmesan cheese... mmm.
