I've been nomadic for most of the last 3 years.
It started over the pandemic, I'm a singer/songwriter & photographer, & traveling became a way of life that I just grew comfortable with for a long while. However, I recently turned 37 & my back hurts just a little more than before & it just became time to settle for a bit.
After a lot of exploring, I settled on Boulder, CO.
It's just as weird & beautiful as I wanted home to be.
My new place was a really beautiful rustic loft/condo situation, & when I pulled up with all my things (I can fit all of what I've accumulated over the past 3 years in my car, so not a lot ) I was grateful that the condo was exactly as described. After I got my keys from the leasing office, I wanted to just take in my first place in 3 years with my own eyes, so I walked up the stairs, stupid grin on my face & start to put the key in the door & out of the corner of my eye I spot some movement so I glance up & there's this absolutely stunning blue eyed blonde woman, looking like she's about to go for a hike.
We catch each others eyes & I smile,"Hi! Are you our new neighbor?" she asked.
"Ha, I guess it's pretty obvious. Yeah. I am." I replied trying to not gaze obnoxiously intently. "I assume you live here too?"
"Yeah! I love it here. I live across the terrace, same floor," she smiles this devilishly enticing grin.
"Oh! Well. I hope to see you around more often, I'm Cohen, pleasure to meet you."
