I have several stories on my submissions page that were rejected for various reasons. Is there any way I can erase them from that list?

A thank you  from the good little witch.

You should be able to click on the rejected link and it should bring up your submission and there should be a delete button at the bottom.

A kiss back to the good little witch:  Out of curiosity, why not fix the problems and resubmit them? Of course, if it is a matter of subject matter, that can't be done.

Glynndah,
The question that comes to mind is this: Why didn't you just fix the rejected stories and resubmit them?

That's not always possible - for example, I've got a chain story request I submitted as a story, as you're supposed to (even though tons of people do it differently). It's been getting a bit annoying, and now I'm going to delete it too.

Oh, I did and both were accepted. However, I didn't know about the EDIT in the title box trick and so submitted them with slightly different titles.

How many people delete a story because they are just bored with it?

Once a story is posted, how could the author get bored with it? I might check it to make sure it came through alright, but after that, I would never even look at it on Lit. It's on my hard disk if I want to refer to it for something, but it's not likely I would actually read it again. :D
