Does anyone here work out just or with the hopes to improve there sex life? Like say do more setups so you can fuck your wife harder and longer??.......... Should we work out? If so, what types of things should we do?

I personally do kegels all the time to keep my muscles nice and tight. I try also to do a lot of walking to keep my legs toned because my partner loves them. My partner and I wrestle a lot, almost on a daily basis, and it is a good workout.

yep. My wife want wrestle with me cause I coach AAU and High School wrestling teams and she would get her ass kicked.

Either one would be good... you could try both. I'm sure she would appreciate the added stamina it would give you.

Well I run 4X a week, lift weights 2-3X a week and practice those kegels so I can 'make the pleasure last longer'............but I hate situps. Don't need them thankfully.............

Seriously, though, do the Kegels help with achieving >your< orgasm? I've seen this but logic-brain doesn't see any reason why.

I do Tae Kwon Do for the sake of really loving martial arts.

TKD is *very* big on endurence. I'm going to type that again with the caps lock on to emphasize just how big they are on it. *VERY*. Endurance is great for all sorts of things, and sex is definitely one of them. Not to mention that TKD is *VERY* big on kicks, and I'm sure that a woman has never been turned off by leg strength. If I'm wrong, let me know :)

if your looking to improve your sexual stamina through excercise, the most overlooked muscle is probably the one that you should be paying the most attention to. The PC muscle, thats the one in your groin that controls the flow of urine and makes your cock twitch when you have a hard on. You have to excercise it for penile health, and if it is excercised on a daily basis it will improve the quality of your erections and orgasms, aswell as allowing you to "stay" longer. obviously a good whole body workout is also important for sex aswell as in day to day life, but it would also be worth, excercising the pc aswell. I find that when I don't exercise I lose my ability to orgasm completely.
