YOu think lots of set ups would help? For a guy who's all ways on top and pumping hard? Or maybe those set ups for your back, the ones where you lay on your stomack and arch back a number of times?

Either one would be good... you could try both. I'm sure she would appreciate the added stamina it would give you.

Oh..and bike riding is great practice for other riding
