Getting Frustrated

Hello:

I submitted a story last month that was rejected for supposedly having underage people in sexual situations. This was not correct and I resubmitted the story with a note to that effect. The story has not been hanging in limbo for over two weeks, with neither a rejection nor acceptance. Can someone advise as to who i can go to to try to get this resolved?

Ensure the story has no references to ANY underage sex, including reminiscing about their past. Even a reference to high schoolers mentioning sexual experiences in an after-Prom party may be realistic, but unacceptable here on LitE, UNLESS you clearly state in the story they are over eighteen when it occurred.

One of my first stories was rejected for mentioning high school juniors going to Prom for "the WHOLE after-Prom experience" (losing their virginity), and another scene where the female junior described an incident in eighth-grade gym locker room of a girl seeing her breasts. Both had to be removed and making them 18-year-old seniors for the Prom experience to maintain the story line.

Happened to me one time too. I didn't let it sit for a month but it sat for a couple weeks. I just added a comment to it while it sat in Pending. That seemed to jostle whatever had it stuck and it went through.
