From what I have found, the Lit Boards are great for making online friends and relationships (there's some absolutely GREAT people here!), but as far as actually personally meeting someone; that takes patience.
Perhaps if you offer some of the following information: your hobbies, interests, background, age, etc. Also, what are you looking for in a woman?
I found it easiest to meet people if I put myself out there a little more - post my info on a couple of interesting threads, especially the ones by people in my area. Met a couple very wonderful people that way! Okay, so haven't actually 'met' them, but could if things work out right. So, it is possible - just have a little patience.
